# Rest & Reward zone

What is the rest & reward zone?

**The users need to compound or withdraw daily, when you withdraw or compound a 24 hour timer will begin. This 24 hours is called the reward zone where you get paid out USDC during the zone but can not withdraw or compound this yet. When the 24 hours are gone you can withdraw or deposit and will get into the rest zone and there won't be any rewards coming in till you compound or withdraw your USDC from the reward zone again. This will mean the contract can only go down with max 0.95% if there aren't any compounds or deposits which is very unlikely.**
